Proposed Scheme – before works begin for the residential conversion of Listed Chapel in Truro, Cornwall, the Chapel requires some structural works as a result of the rare and stunning barrel vaulted roof.   The main entrance into the Chapel will be repositioned from the rear to  the front under one of the flying butressess. At ground level, the property will have a stunning full height open plan lounge, separted from the Dining and Kitchen by a double sided fireplace.  To the rear will be a small extension providing a third bedroom with dressing area and ensuite.  A Utility is to be incorporated in the existing side wing, and the property also includes a home office and ground floor toilet.  Remedial works to the structure will be incorporated within the addition of a first floor, where 2 large bedrooms with ensuite will be formed.
